1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vonbiodesign.com and participating in the IntelligentAir waitlist or reservation program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Waitlist and Priority Deposits

The IntelligentAir device is currently in development. We offer two tiers of participation:

• Free Waitlist: Secures a place for future updates. It does not guarantee a unit or a specific price.
• Priority Reservation Deposit ("Genesis Cohort"): By placing a $49 priority deposit, you secure guaranteed allocation from our initial production run and lock in an exclusive discount off the final retail price.

3. Nature of the Deposit and Refund Policy

Your deposit is not a purchase. It is a reservation for a future opportunity to purchase the IntelligentAir device.

• Fully Refundable: You may request a full refund of your deposit at any time prior to the execution of a final purchase agreement. To request a refund, email info@vonbiodesign.com.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
• If you cancel your reservation or request a refund, you forfeit your priority allocation and discount.

4. Product Development and Pricing

Hardware development involves inherent risks. While we project specific retail pricing and timelines, we make no absolute guarantees regarding the final release date, final hardware specifications, or the final MSRP of the IntelligentAir device until a formal purchase agreement is presented to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the exclusive property of VoN BIODESIGN and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoN BIODESIGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the reservation program. Our liability related to your deposit is strictly limited to the refund of the deposit amount.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
